The Business and Human Rights Scholarship: Global South project is a UKRI Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC)–funded research networking initiative focused on strengthening the visibility, reach, and impact of Global South scholarship in the field of business and human rights.
Led by Dr Eghosa Ekhator at the University of Derby, the project brings together scholars, institutions, and practitioners from across different regions to support knowledge exchange, collaboration, and long-term engagement. Through a series of international workshops and research activities, the project aims to build sustainable academic networks that foreground perspectives from the Global South within global business and human rights debates.
